Step 3) If accepted you will receive a number, once I give out 200 numbers, entry into the contest will close

Step 5) Follow directions and use the 90-day course as directed
Step 6) Sometime during the 12-week program, please schedule a FREE 30-minute phone coaching session with me. I'd like to provide you with additional support, encouragement and direction (this is valued at $498, so be sure to schedule it!)
Step 7) After you've completed the 90-day course, send in a Video Testimonial Entitled:

Step 8) 25 finalists will be selected and named on this page along with their videos

Rules to Enter the Contest:
You must apply for an entry ticket, only 200 people are permitted to enter the contest to keep the odds of winning AMAZING!
You must be a legal US resident, residing in the US
You must be 18 years of age or older
You must be an active Spiritual Spa Member
You must have purchased the Unleash Your Breakthrough CD SET via the Spiritual Physique website or a Live Event with Khama
If you ordered your CD SET prior to the contest announcement, you are still eligible to enter the contest, but #1) you must first apply and be accepted 2) you must re-do the program #2) Send in a fresh testimonial video. #3) If you already sent in a video prior to the contest announcement, it is not eligible. Your contest video must be taped after July 2010.
Video entry MUST BE NO LONGER than 7-minutes in length.
Any videos over 7 minutes will not be viewed and the entry will be disqualified.
*Submissions must be sent directly to Spiritual Physique (as opposed to posted on Youtube) Please ask for directions on how to submit a video direct.
*Winnings will be released on a monthly installment plan.
*No exchanges/transfers
*All submissions become property of Spiritual Physique
*No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted by winners
